More insider buying reported 5/31 and 6/1 at $5.75'ish.
Why am I not surprised?
This stock is going to $8-10, within 6-12 months.
I'm going to put it on strong buy, not because the percent gains are necessarily going to be "spectacular," but because I have a high level of certitude that there will SOME improvement, that makes this a very LOW RISK situation.
Historical price levels. Insider buying. Qualitative guidance from management in earnings releases. Belief that could be 12-20% EPS grower for next couple years, which could allow Street to slap 12-15 multiple on it. Low price book. Gut instinct. It's just not properly valued by the marketplace. $8-9 in 12 months seems like a 60-90% chance to me. Insiders will just keep buying, so I can't imagine what the downside is. Upside could be as high as $10-12 in 12-18 months. Downside probably no lower than $5.25. The risk/reward is obvious, then.
But you also might want to consider RAS, TA, EMMS, HTCH, or STC ahead of this one. Unless you are risk averse. (I see ESCA as super low risk, relatively high reward.)
