The problem is...no one pays attention. Go back and look at the information, does it match, is there something missing.

FoCHTL Funding Update - from Tobin Smith

Never a dull moment with CHTL…Isaac Group wanted more of the deal…took 51 million shares from Excel Era…
Isaac wired their $10M due March 31 yesterday…wiring $20M more in next 2 weeks…and accelerating their payments from here.
More to come on Excel Era…their second payment now March 31 and $239M….according to my conversation with their team this morning they will be making a number of wires over the next few weeks to hit that total….
The KEY to the all of the funding deals?
CHTL only needs $170-$180M to build out first 12 cities..this is why Alvarez and crew are “over raising” money here..so IF the investors fail to make the December 2010 payments, the deployment is already more than funded…
I don't remember seeing that either... If he said it, you should post his quotes. My understanding is that $$ is due from both Excel and Isaac on March 31st. TS said that Excel would send theirs in multiple wires over the next few weeks.
I do expect to hear that there is $$ already funded on the CC Weds. The question is how much and from who?
Call their office at (858) 259-6666 and ask if they will be ready. Also, you can confirm with CHTL, since they share desks...
What's the difference between a mailing address and a physical address vs. a post office box...
Anyone with any business sense should be able to find the clue below...
