ChinaTel is well on their way to the transition from development stage company with one-major 4G network joint venture (the Chinacomm joint venture) to multi-network 4G carrier.
Set to go in PERU.
This is the only loser on my portfolio this year....seems like they keep changing the recipe for the soup in their offices and not out there building anything. If it goes up just a little ....I'm out.
Are you not able to find any other stock that has a greater potential to provide "a little" return than this ridiculous one? why wait, since holding and buying are one in the same, a principle that seems to have been lost in this plummit.
They are not making soup anymore, they are onto making casseroles so they can poison the soup and feed it to their disenfranchized investors.
dude you're right... they're not worthy to be! in that case can an otc even do a split?? true question.
and if the guys info below is right about a billion shares authorized, how do you feel about being diluted even more?
No actually in chtl's case, if you're an idiot you would fall for a reverse split as changing the market value for its shares when in reality nothing changes. It's usually a bad sign if a company is forced to reverse split - firms do it to make their stock look more valuable when, in fact, nothing has changed. A company may also do a reverse split to avoid being delisted.
