    Please Help me understand

Just came across this stock. I'm a value investor, that happened to read about UL in an article. Heard about it before, just hadn't been focusing on this sector lately.

Can someone please explain why there is only a 3.4 PE ratio on this thing?
Haven't done more than 10 minutes of homework on this thing and I just have to ask... WTF?
    Is UL, US Dollar Sensitive?
    Oil Sensitive?
    Very large debt I missed?
    Lawsuit I don't know about?
Is no one buying Mayo or drinking Lipton anymore? I was going to pick up some P&G but I'm thinking UL now....

    But what am I missing?

Like I said, I Just started my research. But I'll probably buy 100 at opening tomorrow just based on what I've read so far.

What company this diverse and this large trades with this low of a PE?
