  Next div (interim): rec 11/20/09, xd 11/18, pay 12/16:
  Dividend dates declared for 2010 as follows:
  Q4: rec 2/12/10, xd 2/10, pay 3/17
  Q1: rec 5/14/10, xd 5/12, pay 6/16.
  Safer than most banks!
