The textbook head-n-shoulders, and the "perfect echo" Relative Strength Index, and the "Even, Overarching Curve" in the center Bollinger Band, are, when they occur together, my "late rites" sell signal for the stock of any company.
I think of the even, overarching curve in the BB as corresponding to the physics of how ships sink: At first they are level with the water, then the stern rises in a arc, and then it disappears as the arc completes.
This ain't art: It corresponds the action on hundreds of charts, and it, also is highly predictive of drops which average around 40% --- even when it occurs w/out the head n' shoulders.
The chart is a chart of great patience and great disappointment of shareholders. None really questions that that has occurred. The chart shows where we are in that process, and it shows what is likely to happen next, to the price of the shares.
