    Old uncle Roofus

use to tell me to read my Shakespear. Why you ask? Because, as uncle Roofus use to say, one has to play the fool to catch the wise.

You wise men taking us seriously now?????????

We intend to buy and keep buying. This is a bargain company, and we have lots of cash to take a controlling interest. Better yet we have access to a untaped market for NLS's products. You guys haven't thought that maybe large players now country officials. There are markets where NLS doesn't supply, but with our interest they can. Think and you will figure it out.

      • What's the matter Fleabag? We gave ample warning. You chose to ignore it. And here is one thing I never understood. Why would an individual investor ever go short. He does not have the means to know how it will affect him. Now granted you may think something is overvalued, but you can't control the traders, so while you might be right in the longer term (let's say shorting tech 3 years ago), short term your margin account would be subject to things out of your control. Now you are in a bad position. You are not only short, but you are short a company that is grossly undervalued. Go figure, huh. We told you repeatedly our interest. And you ignored it. Now let me spell it out for you one more time: we intend to buy big, and we intend to do so as long as the price is below 18. We have lots of CASH, and not the kind you acquire on margin (debt). It's real hard CASH. Now, you care to disagree?
