    No debt. Debt is what�s hurting stocks nowadays. bearish trend isto end, as debt is what finally pulls the shares to below 5 and then make them penny stocks.

    ..........We believe increased competition by companies making products similar to the Bowflex and the Nautilus Sleep System will continue to adversely affect results. As sales of high margin Bowflex products slow, and the market increasingly approaches saturation, we think margins and overall profitability are coming under pressure. We are lowering our projection of operating cash flow for 2003 to $40 million, from $55 million, due to the anticipated slowdown in sales, and sharply narrower margins. Our discounted cash flow analysis indicates an intrinsic value of $11 a share. The shares are trading at 10X our 2003 EPS estimate, well below the level of the S&P 500. However, despite low valuation multiples, no debt, and $50 million of cash, in light of what we view as a lack of business visibility and a slowdown in Bowflex sales, we would only hold the shares.........
