Yes, Icon countersued (after Nautilus Gp. sued them for alleged infringement on the Bowflex patents).
But once you sell a product for money, it is generally considered fully disclosed. So any feature of Bowflex not disclosed in Nautilus' patents is in the public domain. I think it's a real uphill fight to get an award against NLS in that situation. Icon would need to show that their patent on some detail of Bowflex issued before NLS *either* patented it OR sold the first relevant product.
