I don't think the NLS looks all that positive... The new 52 week highs have been great, but the participation in it have been dismal going back through the beginning of May... Since that time, there has only been one day where the stock rose on heavier than average volume, and that was a full month ago.
Granted, volume overall in the market has been light for most of that time as well, but if a stock is going to be light on trade, I want the price to be dropping... not hitting new highs.
A very, very similar technical summary was posted here just about two years ago (I think technically_speaking). One difference, though: the indicators on that chart all said SELL. And, of course, the share price was about 35% of its present value.
