I never said the company/pant were down! ... I simply said that the company failed to inform investors that it didn't get the license renews because of safety issues!... The company got a temporary license till the end of the year. 31.12.2012!
We do not know if the plants were down ... or not .. and this is not the point we want to make ... I just find odd that the company did not inform its shareholders about the failed attempt to renew a license! ... ... ... in the 2012 10k they keep saying how important licenses are for their business ... ...
And then they fail to inform investors on such a key development!??
No way .... no Trust
so... you are comparing apples with oranges! ... Apparently you are just trying to manipulate the Price per share, while I am just trying to bring some more transparency around this company!!
YOU ARE really funny ... in trying to compare apple with oranges ...
Based on your poor spelling, use of past tense verbs where present tense would be obvious for a native US citizen, and foreign use of calendar date notation, I strongly believe you are located in asia and are a member of the Hong Kong short sellers Boiler Room Bashing Team.
