I agree with everyone who says that SEC already flagged LPH after the halt and they will not allow it to trade until they get answers.
Where it opens is a separate question. I know one thing though... SEC is fed up with this RTO BS and they will delist LPH in a heart beat if LPH doesn't satisfy SEC demands (not sure how LPH will prove they are legit).

GEO disclosed they wired much more infos than published to SEC .... SEC need weeks if not months to read and check, enquire with LPH and pretend this and that .... since LPH wont be able to give any confidence to SEC, SEC will move it in the grey .... SEC will consent a temporary listing for giving a chance to investors to close open positions like those of shorts who havent covered
