1st off, thanks Freddie for your words of encouragement. I was thinking of dumping some of my TRV portfolio but your advice is what has always made you the KING. I think I will hold a little while longer. Maybe we will se 90 or 100.
And I appreciate the 2nd provided by stinkydave, possibly the greatest mind in the history of creating spreadsheets and betting on March Madness.
Well now on to the main purpose of this post
This morning I was strolling down Market Street in Center City Philly and lo and behold, I passed a certain office tower right across from City Hall and just realized, a bunch of paper pushing claim adjustors along with the highly paid claim attorneys occupy space in that building at the expense of us shareholders!
WHY WHY WHY should people who do not do much more that approve or deny a claim occupy some of the best office space in Philly
Why are they not working in Hartford?
Why are they not up Broad Street or out Market Street beyond Penn where there is plenty of less expensive office space available
Ladies and gentlemen, we are not talking about revenue producers, we are talking about ADJUSTORS whether is be workers comp, bonds or whatever. These people do NOT need that beautiful view. I remember years ago when 1st Pennsylvania Bank was in that building. I remember it being called the ARCO Tower. Only the best and brightest worked there. Now, we have claim adjustors LOL.
Come on Jay, listen to Freddie and stinkydave and do the right thing and either close or move that office
Maybe next time I stroll down Market Street, I will have better news to report
