SSS has cyclical spells. Look at the 5 yr. chart. 1st & 2nd qtrs. or about Jan - may are always lower. Stock price picks up at the Late June early July point. The dip is always followed by a price bump. The overall 5 year chart shows this. The point is it always goes higher. With any entry point at 50 or below, and more importantly right after a dividend payout, this is a good time to get in.
With their recent 84 million acquisitions they will have some charges, however with the housing market at a slump I think you will see a nice recovery from the high 40's low 50's. I think psa will have to look at them sometime even though psa is 10 times the size
