Basically they are slowly exiting the coal business if favor of more profitable pipeline and gas segments - if you don't mind a flat stock for a while during the transition, this is the place for a long. . about payouts - yes, there is some possibility they could reduce the payout for a while, but considering today's 10% drop in price, even a reduced payout would keep it yield above 6 or 7%. . . .my two cents.
If their Adjusted EBITDA guidance is accurate, Dcf coverage should be modestly above 1.0x.Therefore no change in the Distribution...They knew all of this when they increased the Dist. less than a month ago..They didn't raise it to cut it !!
