    company pipeline

Array has a very impressive pipeline. They also have a very impressive list of partners they are currently working on compounds with in various stages of clinical testing. i have done my DD and have taken a small position with ARRY. i will add to my position as things move forward and as it merits it.

    Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Im sure you didn't catch this small bit of info
, this is why I strongly believe ARRY will be bought out by AMGN . Look at their present alliance and look up AMGN's asthma drug failure........get it yet ?

Dr. Snitman, 59, is a Co-Founder of Array and has served as our Chief Operating Officer, our Vice President of Business Development and a member of our Board of Directors since May 1998. Prior to forming Array, Dr. Snitman held various positions with Amgen Inc. since December 1981, including Associate Director, New Products and Technology and Manager of Amgen's Boulder research facility. Dr. Snitman received a B.S. in Chemistry from Northeastern University and a Ph.D. in the Synthesis of Natural Products from the University of Colorado, and was a National Institutes of Health Postdoctoral Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

      • Wasn't ARRY formed by AMGN guys that resisted AMGN's move to shut down the Boulder facility and move them? These guys said we aren't moving and started their own deal. I don't have any inside knowledge but its possible they may still feel resentment to AMGN. It's also possible it was an amicable split and they are great friends. ARRY is doing fine. They have retained several developmental platforms and partnered several. They have been independent for many years and probably have no desire to be bought out by anyone. I hope not. Upside is limited in a buyout.

        Sentiment: Strong Buy

I dipped a toe in the water as well. Solid partners, good results, great relationships, decent cash, promising milestones, encouraging entry point. Let's see. Best of luck.
