Also, they have another mission slated with the same launch vehicle (Glory satellite) and I would bet that goes off without a hitch. These guys are good and there have been too many successes to let one failure ruin a contract.
Probably not as they will find the cause quickly and probably already have done so. Also, I cannot imagine that a great deal of the cost was not covered by insurance although that would seem to be a heck of a nice sat to lose.
The COTS launches don't begin for several years so its not clear how the P&L impact will flow in. Stock still carries a hefty P/E so investors may be discounting this ...or they're all on vacation. Sooner or later the radar will figure out the impact of this one (e.g. TaurusII + launches). Helps diversify ORB's business (offsetting "nobomba"). I think its a big win for the long term.
