Although I do not work at LMT, I believe they are having significant internal cost issues related to employee benefits.
Unfortunately the management is practically destroying the work force in order to meet wall street numbers. Since this seldom works the stock is being marked lower.

Are you sure that was the chart ;-) Your comment about the House is probably correct at least in terms of the origin of spending bills. I actually like the idea of a divided legislative body as I think that is when more cooperation occurs but clearly the Dems and Repubs will have to work together this time to repair their tarnished images which led to voter anger and the rise of the Tea Party variety of candidates.
