Amigos, did you read the SA article by Richard Berger (link is under News)? I thought it was fair and balanced ...and made the observation that ORB has developed its technical prowess in multiple dimensions over the last 5-10 years, not to mention turning around its financial management. Seems to be tracking LMT valuation metrics. Will be interesting to see what happens when Spacex IPO's next year. Color me LONG ORB.
Yep Clam. I read it and responded to you as well. I am drinking the ORB Cool Aid today, big time. Do you think we get some end of day price spike here? I am going to keep my price projections to myself until the Cyngus mates with the ISS, but 15.70 is a nice floor here.
Considering the following this company has , today's response so far has not been bad at all. The market and the industry are showing negatives . First hour volume isn't too shabby either. You are right that it is not a bad time to get in, and I am not sure one will have to wait much longer. Yesterday, ORB showed two things which it needed to do, whether or not the Cyngus capsule is successful. The fairings openned.... That is huge for the confidence in ORB . That issue has plagued new business for the past couple of years. It might take a couple more flights to totally restore that confidence ,but it cannot be under emphasized . The second thing they needed to do was establish this new ,larger launch vehicle as a viable alternate to customers. The two engine two stage launch vehicle flew like a bird yesterday. I am moving to a strong buy on ORB due to yesterday's success. Tomorrow's number may not be all that great, but the CC will be bubbling with optimism. I hope they do not bump up their numbers just yet, but I suspect by Q 3 and success or two more, we will see some upward revisions in earnings , stock price projections and cash flow. Color me a happy camper today.
