Thank goodness for it as the fires just to our south have burned over 115 sq. miles of sage and pine habitat which is crucial for elk and turkey populations. Firefighters have had a huge task with fires in much of the west again this year so even though this rain may damage the late cherry crops we are all glad to see it falling and hope the same happens elsewhere to tamp down these destructive blazes.
Got marshmallows (after barbecued elk & turkeys.) Just kidding ...support the firefighters & stay safe. Weather good on the right coast; got a bag of steamer clams the other day and had 'em with butter for dinner. Watching ORB closely as it seems to be holding $18.50 area fairly well. Needs to make a good base here before run to break through resistance in $19's. Just my O. clam
