Well Tommi I think this is a great news. It confirms what MBIA have been saying all along. It is good to see that more judges are on the same tune. If you lie to your insurer, you will end up loosing your coverage.
If I am not mistaken, I have already heard about a simular decision for MBIA. So, I am not feeling the earth shake here on this news.
