Not a good sign. Also, the upgrade from S&P was already priced in with the run-up on the 8th. Only news left are the Form 4s when the insiders start selling. Seen it over and over and over.
Any longs holding from pre May 8th, better lock in your profits. See you all in the $13s this week!
Sentiment: Strong Sell
nice call idiot
I'm buying next week because, we are(longs) headed to the low $20, this summer. MBI will overtake AGO soon!
E*Trade started new margin requirements for MBI, going from 100% to 60%.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Scottrade allows a 30% margin on all stocks over $5/share.
Buying a stock on margin carries a risk but,, in this case, your risk would be if MBI paused or encountered volatility and you paid interest and MBI didn't rise.
Margin is betterthan buying short term options. Generally, I try to keep my options maturity out 30 days or more to avoid options week manipulation by big players. I keep them rolling.
Wow you call a 25 cent drop a sell-off. I think you should be more worried since it sounds like your short. The way I look at it the stock move up close to 5 points and held after earnings. We could see 16+ this week
I was thinking same thing, 25 cents is not a sell off 25% is and I dont see this happening any time soon. Can't wait till shorts have to cover
