Moody's announced their upgrades after running financial projections on all the settlements that have taken place over the last two weeks for MBIA. They then concluded that MBIA's National Public Financial would have the liquidity to start paying dividends.
Then you have these idiots below, peter Burkett, yournamehere and tunedownhalfstep, who wouldn't know a financial projection if it was on their nose, make the comments that they don't think that National Public Financial can make the dividend payments.
You should really analyze the financials and business outlook before asking that. My guess is not in next 2-3 years unless to PBs post they generate net revenue but then again even if they do they need the capital formation
