Everyone knows value of PWER and how rest of the solar stocks being valued by open market.
Silverlake might vote yes because of need for cash, previous approval and insiders might vote yes because of future benefits but rest of 83% shareholders will vote NO.
Difference in value to open market is so big that 6.35 doesn't make sense.
Too bad we won't get a chance to vote from home. They cleverly set up a shareholder meeting to vote on this. After all, they might set this meeting in Europe so that none of the investors will be able to travel.
Glad to see so many investors willing to stand up for a fair deal. Now I have 25000 shares and if tdameritrade sends me a voting note, I will for sure vote against the merger.
I also think if PWER provides opportunity for everyone to vote, they can't get this deal done.
