I am thinking of starting a 2K position in URE and I'm a litte worried that the real estate markets both residential and commercial still seem a bit groggy at present. Can anyone please explain the upside potential of URE especially if the economy starts to recover? Thank you kindly in advance!
First of all, you must ask yourself "why am I thinking about investing in ure?" Do you think that RE is going to be on the upswing? Do you think the economy is going to improve? Also, what is your time frame? Are you a trader or a buy and holder? If you do not have any concrete answers to these few questions...then, you my friend, should not be investing in ure or any stock for that matter! You must do your due diligence in order to establish conviction on a buy or sell of any stock. Many question, I recommend you to study the John M. Keynes model, the actual recovery model implemented to recover the economy, I can assure that you will see the URE / SRS crossing at 8.56 sooner than later, I do not have a time frame but a good range should be 3 to 6 months, IMO I do not see SRS holding the $20 level for long time. URE is the best ETF at this price, the RE sector will recover soonest than expected, the price action is very bullish, I am holding big shares, soon or later URE will gross SRS around 8.56 this is for real.
