Probably true. I wouldn't be surprised to see the low 4 again however, i wouldn't be suprised to see the high 4 either. URE has resisted lately. the vol is very strong. there is incredible interest now. with inflation becoming a worry, commodities are up huge. real estate has always traded with commodities. you need to look for commodites that cannot be reproduced or have a limited supply. those are the trades that will make you millions. URE gets more attractive as it becomes more marginable. you also need to consider the tax advantage of REITS. my only concern now is additional share issuance may be a drag for a few days. i'm in 80k now and am still wanting to add. i see URE at 6 within the next 6 months and if it gets to 6 it will surely go to 8.
I usually don't hold URE for more than a day or two, but am starting to wonder if I should hold beyond my typical day or so as this is starting to look better each week.
Over the last few weeks, I have done pretty well with URE (nothing big a few thousand a week at best) but I have decided it's best to be in small and not get tempted by any greed to try and make more by jumping in with more.
I have 5,000 shares today and that is my typical play. My goal is to generate $2,500 per week from this and only a few other plays. I'm getting there and URE is a nice part of this.
