Both URE, and IYR went above the 200 SMA today! WOO-HOO trains leaving.

  This is significant. It has broken out. For what it is worth, the trend is up. There may however be a bit of profit taking near term.

    I can't dissagree with that statement at all, But all in all the trend is moving the direction i need it to, UP!
