Very soon realestate will be moving much higher as the data gets better and better. Plus with Christmas right around the corner I am sure the malls will be full at least through the Holiday season so commercial realestate will get a nice boost at least in th short term next couple of months. The beggining or mid of next year could still be a problem but as the economy recovers the ( OTHER SHOE ) expected to drop may not be anywhere as bad as previously thought. We will have to wait and see. At least for now URE could easily go to $9 or $10 before year end. IMO GLTA
Since being the worst hit segment and as it has already bottomed out, it will start raising. But, I don't believe in X'mas shopping would affect Commercial Real Estate as the leases and purchases would have happened well 3 to 6 months in advance before the season.
