far to many realators anyway and far too many bad ones. an halfway intelligent person can obtain a license in no time. just because a person is licensed doesn't make them qualified. prior to the meltdown I was looking to buy another home until I discovered the inflated pricing and had several heated discussions with realators regarding pricing.
