I figure he's referring to a 2 cent increase for the year. In 2012 we had 5, 5, 6, and 6 for a total of 22 cents/share of dividends. If we continue in 2013 with dividends of 6x4, that will total 24 cents, about a 10% increase in dividends over last year.
