Anybody else see Kellogg's 13-D filing yesterday????

I don't know about anybody else, but I'd say the increase in his holdings to 33.3% in August is pretty impressive when it comes to watching what the smart money is doing...
MFC is waaaaay too cheap at these levels...
Should now be selling at a minimum of 1.2-1.5x "book" in my most humble of opinions...
Assets like CML and Pea Ridge are grossly under-appreciated by the investing public...
Kellogg's no fool when it comes to buying VALUE.
He's been with MFC a little less longer than we have and I suspect his adding to positions is not without well-reasoned rationale...Those mega-millions he's committed are more than pocket-change and if we had them, we'd be right-up-there matching him share for share.
    Cheez! We like this stock!

    • With the large position owned by Kellogg do not think that shareholders need to worry about the dividend as quite a while back he actually was a caller on the CC and advocated that the dividend calculation should be based on BV.....not the market price. My prediction for 2014 is that the quarterly payments will be 7, 7, 6, 6 for a total of 26 cents per share.

I continue to maintain that this is a stock where if one were to check the price every 3 months at some point there will eventually be a quarter where it has at least doubled in price.

Including Kellogg the institutional ownership is now 50+%. Does anyone know how many shares and/or the % of shares that MS & family own?

      Sentiment: Strong Buy
