Idea to stop wall street corruption

    President Obama --

Want to curb the corruption on Wall Street?

Enact this law and enforce it like a mad dog:

"Any individual who, either indirectly or directly, communicates false information with the intent to cause an increase or decrease in the price of a stock or knowing that said information will increase or decrease the price of a stock or commodity, shall be guilty of a felony."

There is absolutely zero honesty left in the markets. Spread a rumor? So what? Nobody cares. Make false statements? So what? Cite false sources? So what? Print a false news story? So what?

You can start with the media and go all the way down to the morons sitting in their bedrooms spewing nonsense on these message boards. Track them, arrest them and prosecute them. Then you'll start seeing honesty and stability in the markets.
