Anyone has any ideas how much are Novadel 79 existing patents and 90 pending patents worth ?
Just using cost-based approach (let's exclude their potential commercial values) , each patent costs about 20k to 50k from filing to approval.
As such, with average cost of $30,000/patent, NVDL would be worth $2,370,000 (excluding 90 pending patents), or $0.02/shr. The other 90 pending patents would double that.
Adding NitroMist, Zolpimist royalty streams and data from Duromist, Zensana trials and NVDL will be worth north of $20 million just by liquidating its assets.
Then why not sell the whole company, not in pieces of just the core technology. If Nvdl sells its core tech, then what is left? Nitromist and Zolpimist to sell, so the Ceo can still get his fat $350,000 a year salary. It just not right for the rest of us shareholders.
If the bankruptcy threat was removed and the company announced a major partnership to develop
Duromist while keeping NitroMist and Zolpimist revenue streams why should this stock stay under 2 cents?
The NVDL market cap now is under 2 million dollars.
That is totally ridiculous for a company getting royalty streams from 2 drugs.
If their 2 drugs were marketed better the revenue streams from them would be a lot higher.
Pfizer lost its Viagra patent in Canada so why not try to get Duromist in Canada?
What about Duromist in China?
