CTIC last year had about 73 class action lawsuits.
Why is this a publicly traded company stock if nothing is ever done to help increase the shareholder equity here?

I guess that is a good sign because why declare bankruptcy when you are getting
a 300 thousand dollar per year salary? Maybe we can all say now that bankruptcy is off the table?
I thought this company had no money 14 months ago so how is it still in business?
So 6 months from now or a year from now we will be saying the same exact thing?
