Honestly, I do not know much they will need to raise, but the presentation did say $8-10 million for the Duromist development and it's likely they will need to raise more than $10 because they will need working capital.
Again, we are disappointed about the lack of revenue stream, there is little or no royalty revenue from the approved products. There is little information to form any educated guess.
1. Royalty income for Duromist in 2010 expected??? 2. Potential marketing of Duromist via Internet solely??? 3. Developmental cost for Duromist at $8-10 million that needs to be raised, most likely thru secondary offering 4. Converting Debt to Equity -> depends on the ratio 5. Institutional holding 40%, management 5% --> I need to sift thru the old filing to see what the numbers should be, I thought it's a bit low.
Dream on! That junk was FDA approved in Dec. 2008. It is nothing but a copycat spray of already approved generic sleep-aid! NVDL has nothing so you might as well forget it. You people are just playing into Ratoff's greedy hands, this nothing but a 1 man scam.
