whoa! stock to $45 is far fetched right now. management has yet to prove it can dovetail the operations with long-range success. it is encouraging that rodkin and the board are acting creatively and decisively to take conagra to new heights, and, of course, dealing with the risks involved. it'll be no picnic to integrate the various operations on both companies to achieve solid returns. go get em!!!
