the barren shelf of really new and different Cag products hurts the company. Ye gods, coming out now with frozen egg/sausage type Marie products is way late--many others have been marketing these same type [products for many years/. and let's face it--they all taste about the same. Something REALLY NEW--that no other makes--is the right ticket. Doesnt even have to come under a current brand...give it a unique catchy name and let it stand on its own, without Marie or Banquet etc. to support it.
bumgag!!!!!!! lost you years ago. You were always a bitter critic of everything CAG, and wonder why you've stayed on here. been a bit better past year, agree solid growth yet to be maintained. thought the Ralcorp buy would be producing better results by now. seems cag having a bit of trouble absorbing Ralcorp. good to see your name again. I've stuck to my shares --so far--with Rodkin. he pumped some life into Cag after the dismal Rohde years. But I think the latest lower earnings/sales reports put pressure on him to perform better, after the giant $7 billion paid for Ralcorp.
