I agree that IART definitely looks cheap, especially for a large player that can take its products and fold them into their existing product line and sales force. They appear to have plenty of cash, a solid cash flow, and a host of innovative products. It is probably a great time to buy. I bought in a little higher as I believe IART is way oversold. Let's see if it starts to rebound today. Good luck!
