They grew stockholder's equity by 16% over the year, with just under half of that growth coming in this quarter. Noting prior year's 4Q (Sept), yes, they had their usual biggest result in the 4Q. However, the pattern has changed ...they are set up to continue growing. Last year, the December-ending and March-ending were dead flat in sales compared to last year's September (in the $10mil range). Their backlog remains to support a healthy Q1 and they are picking up substantial book-and-bill within the quarter (this qtr was $4.6mil). Beyond the two big customers, they are getting business ... thus the grow of headcount. Yep, a great quarter for a classic small cap (with no debt). All the best.
