I checked SAND prices back to its IPO, and doubt how SAND went to public at 65 cents. Normally a firm issuing its stock to public will not price that way. Only over-counter stocks go that way without real revenues.
I boldly guess with my previous investment banking experience that SAND has no any revenue at that time. Those folks only have 1 or 2 offices and try to issue over-counter stocks to finance its intended operation. Some big money guys know that.
This is my guess, and reality may be opposite to my guess. Also chart patterns look like some insiders dump shares. be alert!
