That's one of the lines from the theme music for the old TV show "Good Times".The show was about a poor black family living in the ghetto.The line referred to how blacks were taken advantage of by dishonest businesses offering easy credit.It seems like most home buyers are being sold overpriced houses with easy credit.Who cares what price you pay when the house is going to be worth 20% more by next year.
