I have to say that this is the only home builder company that continues to think positively. While the others are agressively unloading land and new homes, this company is not. Phm thinks it can get a better price later on and are not aggressive enough w/ their inventory. Everyone else thinks new home price will fall further except Phm.
How about you reduce your inventory to $4bil NOW b/c new home price is going lower, not higher.
