    This is the moment I've been waiting for...

    When PHM was at $50, I was focusing on earnings plays and doing quite nicely, thanks very much. Why do you call me an idiot? You are the one holding a stock that drops 30 per cent in a day. Yes, there may be a short term "bottom" after todays mkt rout, but I truly believe PHM will be gone when this is all over longer term. You can keep holding on to this stupid dream, meanwhile I will be long and short equities that are really going somewhere other than sideways/down. You are pathetic.

      I sir, owe you an apology. You are not pathetic, but, in fact, are an investment genius. Your call of my being "a wrong way corrigan" has proven to be exactly correct.
      I see the genius in your advice and now concur that PHM is a SCREAMING BUY here. Better yet, pile on more when it hits the 200 ma, cause that's when you know the fundamentals are really coming in to play and people are getting ready to line up to buy more houses. Excuse me now, while I go get a HELOC to purchase more shares.
