While I agree KORS is a good growing company, I suspect its accounting practice is too aggressive. One concern is while KORS has its founder as an American and its majority of business in the US, it is a Hang Kong company, treated as a foreign issuer in NYSE. As a result, KORS faces far less regulatory filing requirements. All previous KORS filings have much less transparency than many other US competitors.
This is just my simple speculation. I have dot done a thorough analysis on KORS yet. One reason is there are just not enough public data about KORS.
Aggressive is an understatement...their direct competitors are saying that there is weakness in this sector, and Kors just keeps on 'blowing' it out f the water? There's gonna be some crispy longs holding this stock when the fire starts. Come on guys, all honey and no bees. That's not how it works.
Folks had better keep a close eye on this one or KORS might put the Hong Kong phooey on ya...you have been warned
