    • Sometimes (not all the time) but sometimes I feel an educated retail investor can do the same as one of these 'experts", if not better.
Did you ever notice how many fund managers who are paid Millions $ can't even beat the S & P 500 index?

      Something to think about!

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

    • Hi Creative, I've been noticing it also that MOtely Fool is really pumping Coach for a while now.
While I believe all news & opinions are important, it's up to the individual to determine the significance of this info, if its accurate & agreed upon. Just because someone says something doesn't make it so.
I also listen to opinions but I Always feel facts are much more inportant than opinions & I use Facts when investing. It's a fact where COH ius struggling KORS is doing extremly well. So I say to myself 2 similar companies in the same sector,y is one doing better than the other? I always go with the one that is doing things right.

Also I feel you gewt what you pay for & when someone is touting a stock for free than thats all its worth...nothing.

Best way do your own DD, it's much better & IMO (FWIW) I believe KORS is MUCH better investment than COH.

      Sentiment: Strong Buy

      • COH has been in the MF Stock Advisor portfolio for a few years.
So they have been covering it for some time and have a good handle on it's operations.
MF also employs writers and their job is to-------write!
Their writing is like advertising for their various portfolio services.
If you have never used their services, I would recommend you try one for a year, $200.
You guys are obviously growth oriented so I would suggest the "Rule Breakers" service.
Once a month they throw up two picks with research on them. It's up to you then if
you buy or pass. But they continue to cover the companies until the story changes for the worse.
And perhaps the biggest Plus is their non public Boards. Many many knowledgeable people there,
none of the Yahoo idiots--that #$%$ is just not allowed!

in Rule Breakers maybe 8 years
        and Stock Advisor for 1

        Sentiment: Buy

      • look i agree --but somehow they seem to be overdoing it --
not too long ago another analyst in their company was promoting kors
give me break here -- its either your for it or against it
omg -- who do trust here or smarter here goldman sachs or motley fool ?

        Sentiment: Strong Buy
