SEC rules on cyber manipulation are changing now
and the company will be responsible for reporting who is manipulating their stock.

Interesting moment. You will have to think deep, long and thoughtful diligent thinking, to see what the SEC thinks it has been seeing. If the SEC even cares any longer...

  Please. The SEC is totally and completely useless. Shorts spam so much manipulative nonsense and lies on the Yahoo boards - and the SEC does absolutely nothing about it. They don't enforce the rules they have. More rules wont do anything.

    Could not agree more. Its just that by admitting there is cyber manipulation, it opens a can...yet another can longs can legally take advantage of if smart about it. eg take your time getting in, expect wild swings.
