This guy always repeats his claim of insider selling at ISIS.
This is not a sign of weakness - how otherwise can somebody explain why Apple and Qualcom-Management have sold their shares at very low prices - and permanently... please check it by yourself. Look at insider transactions for Qualcom, Apple and some other very successful companies.
So Dark please stop spreading this nonsense and try to figure something new against ISIS. Thank you indeed!
The executives at ISIS recieve part of thier compenstion in the form of stock options. It is a form of currency. It enables the company to maximize its capital toward meeting the company goals. For the executives to keep the shares they would have to come out of pocket to pay the tax liabilty. The executives at ISIS have been selling thier shares that they are vested in when they become exerciseable for ever.
It is interesting that Dark gets so agitated whenever ISIS has positive developments. If he is short he has to be bleeding from the stock activity over the past year. If he stays short he will really get agitaed because he will go broke.
