Amazing? He does not know how any individual technology works. Not at all. Will not even try to engage in a scientific discussion. Hes just an outright liar and repeat poster, hoping to get one prognostication right so he can tout it. Ask him if antisense is in his genome, regulating his cells and without it, would he die. He cannot answer. That's what he is. Engine noise. Trouble. A cheat.
Vaccines work with the bodies immune system. Some of those "Miracle" vaccines have to be injected into the bone marrow. Further, they only work for so long. The body also has to except the Vaccine. Some of them I've read about work by altering white blood cells or simply adding mutated cells.
One only showed active immunity response for six months after decline with a an increasing decline, so boosters would be necessary. This is of course dependent on the product, but by no means are Vaccines the ultimate answer.
iRNA drugs work by direct targeting of the protein causing the disease. So a person with a compromised immune system should be able to receive the same results. Again, iRNA therapies are only ONE avenue for future life saving drugs.
To say only vaccines are the future is ignorant at best.
