Everybody got a little too worked up about the last announcement and the resulting CNBC interview. ISIP is not close enough to get a huge bounce unless the CEO made some kind of remarkable announcement (it's not his style -- he doesn't want a ping ponging stock price). It is the cumulative effect of many small announcements that will shfit the "paradigm" on the valuation of this stock. This, or a marjor run of mainstream media stories, which could begin soon. Barring a market collapse that brings everything down, it is very unlikely that the floor for this stock will fall below 12. This is a good time to buy, but don't expect anything but a slow lifting of the floor until around 2000.
