The only insight I can give is if you are able to buy shares at 30% of book value you are getting 2 shares free for every share that you buy at the actual current value of the company's real assets and receivables less liabilities. BWEN is a steal right now, but because it is married to the alternative energy market it has gotten hammered. If the U.S. economy goes into severe recession, BWEN probably is over. If our economy keeps sputtering along while the private sector keeps deleveraging debt, BWEN's future will be robust in the next leg up of real U.S. economic expansion. It will be good. Flip a coin, because "NO ONE" knows what the future holds. I will keep investing more in BWEN as I can afford to lose it, if the economy does a super-crash. I do not believe that outcome is in the cards at this time.
